Braemara Ltd was established in December 1999 by chartered surveyor Peter Body and his wife Teda. The company’s flagship project was the acquisition and conversion of Naver House, Thurso into a business centre and 12 flats.

It has subsequently acquired and refurbished a number of residential properties in both Scotland and Spain. And, continues to seek property investment opportunities. Property currently under management includes both residential and commercial premises.
